My Interests

PASSIONS: A natural passion for me of course is my World Beat group named JALEBI of which I am the lead singer....we create JALEBI Music which incorporates traditional Indian music with soul, blues, gospel and a pinch of modern technology! JALEBI Music is when BOLLYWOOD meets MOTOWN!!!, Also my other main passion is teaching English...good thing it is..... because it is also my profession! Hey Prof! : ), SPORTS: Virtual exercising (in my mind!), no...I am only joking.... I do yoga and dancing exercises! And I ride my Ferrari red bicycle EVERYWHERE: to work, shopping, etc., HOBBIES, INTERESTS and ACTIVITIES:, Listening to Srila Prabhupada CDs, computer technology and its various uses, podcasts, reading, writing, watching DVDs, surfing on Internet, listening to new emerging artists, promoting my band, teaching English to my students, and arts and crafts!, MUSIC:, Devotional music (Krsna bhajans and kirtans), Bollywood and Motown sound (soul, blues, gospel), jazz, country music (Yes! Country!) and classical music too!

Television

I do not watch TV. My Tv is under some blankets in my closet! That way I do not have to pay a very expensive TV tax here in Italy! I prefer listening to interesting RADIO shows online and offline.. Especially OTR (Old Time Radio) Fantastic stuff! Or I buy DVDs of some TV serials like "Firefly" or "Invasion" or watch films online! Whatever! But TV....no way!
